Point2Close enters into this agreement, and shall remain throughout the term of this agreement as an independent service provider. Client enters into this agreement, and shall remain through the term of this agreement as Client. In consideration for the services to be performed by Point2Close, Client agrees to pay all fees charged per the signed agreement for each Single-Side and dual agency transactions. Terms of Agreement

Our consultation is free and typically last for 30 minutes. Point2Close Transaction Management is only offered to clients and is not sold separately.
